Causes of Tennis Elbow/Golf Elbow

Tennis elbow a.k.a "lateral epicondylitis", golfers elbow a.k.a "medial epicondylitis" occurs in people who play tennis and/or golf. However, it is more common in people who perform repetitive motions at work such as typing, writing and/or using tools. The receptive micro trauma builds over a long period of time and often people notice that pain around their elbow slowly worsened over the last few weeks, months or years.

Chiropractic care is a safe and effective way to treat this problem. Our goal is to identify the stressors causing your tennis elbow/golf elbow, then treat it using chiropractic manipulative therapy, rehabilitative exercises, soft tissue therapy and make the necessary lifestyle changes to help you become your best.
