LOW BACK PAIN
Causes of Low Back Pain
Low back pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal problems in our modern world. Causes of low back pain vary from poor posture, disc herniations, sprain/strain and and/or degenerative changes. Low back pain is common among people with lower physical conditioning, sit for long periods of time, or have a labor intensive job. In addition, emotional stress and/or long periods of inactivity can intensify existing symptoms or trigger previously existing problems.
With chiropractic care, our goal is to identify the stressors causing your low back pain, then treat it using chiropractic manipulative therapy, rehabilitative exercises, soft tissue therapy and make the necessary lifestyle changes to help you become your best.
