Causes of Neck Pain
Neck pain is a common musculoskeletal problem facing our public today. There are a multitude of conditions, factors and/or stressors that can cause your neck to hurt. Particularly in the Bay Area, there are long working hours and long commutes. These extended periods of sitting can have negative affects on our posture causing muscle stiffness, tightness in the neck, shoulder and chest. Other common causes range from, sprain/strain, degenerative changes or arthritis.
